The SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for enterprise) Certified Scrum Master Certification training course includes 13 hours of instructor-led training (ILT) presented by certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Steve Pinckney. During the course, you will acquire the specific skills, behaviors and the mindset necessary to become a successful Certified Scrum Master and servant-leader. Through training, practice sessions and role-playing activities, you will learn Scrum to create customer satisfaction with the continuous delivery of high-value software.

You Will Learn How To:

  • Become a Certified Scrum Master and servant-leader to your development team, Product Owner, and organization
  • Apply effective facilitation for Scrum meetings
  • Review effective change agent techniques to foster organization buy-in to Scrum
  • Identify opportunities to remove impediments for team members

Curriculum:

  1. Introducing Scrum in SAFe
  2. Characterizing the Role of the Scrum Master
  3. Experiencing PI Planning
  4. Facilitating Iteration Execution
  5. Becoming a Certified SAFe Scrum Master (Certification & Next Steps)

Course Schedule:

Day 1: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. EDT

Day 2: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. EDT

Day 3: 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. EDT

Course fee includes 1 certification exam attempt.
