Jon Winer, CTO at Vermont Systems, will discuss “Implementing and Sustaining DevOps,” in this first session of vtTA’s Vermont Technology Leadership Forum, a program for sharing and discussing organizational, technology, process and management challenges faced by technology businesses.
Jon will offer a technology leadership perspective on how to implement and sustain DevOps (development and operations) within an organization. This presentation combines industry perspectives, real-world experiences and lessons learned implementing DevOps, Agile and other methodologies and practices across Jon's career.
The Vermont Technology Leadership Forum is designed to provide a platform for Vermont technology leaders to share experiences, expertise and insight that could benefit others facing similar needs and challenges. The forum is intended to be casual with an opportunity for discussion.
