Business success depends on many factors, including having a productive team and an effective workplace. What is the best workspace for a successful business – is it virtual, a well-designed office, both, something else?
In this Lunch & Learn session we’ll explore effective workplace design from two perspectives. Adam Bouchard of Agilion has created an entirely virtual office for his business. Adam will describe how he came to this approach, how it works, and the tools and techniques he uses to keep his team connected and working together. Stephen Frey of Arocordis Design, an architecture and interior design firm, focuses on creating inspiring office and commercial places. Steve will discuss the role of well-thought out physical workspaces in enabling productive employees and an effective business culture.
We’ll explore these different approaches to stimulate discussion, questions and reflection on how to create effective workspaces and what might work for your business and team.
